Coaching Philosophies: 
Coaching someone toward a fitness goal often involves much more than sequencing exercises and teaching proper form in execution. It's a personal relationship where the coach sometimes is a cheerleader, and sometimes is a tougher accountability cop who call you out when you're not living you values. When there is trust and honesty in the relationship, the coach can guide you and grow with you as you develop into the best version of yourself both physically and mentally.
