Description:3 minute max push ups

Submission Standards:

-Hands just outside shoulder width

-Arms fully extend after each rep; wrist, elbow, and shoulder need to be in line to complete each rep

-Chest should dip below the elbows at the bottom of each rep. We are looking for the shoulders, elbows, and wrist to be at least 90 degrees for successful reps.

-Body must remain straight throughout the entirety of each rep. Should be able to draw a straight line from shoulders to heels. Bending or rounding of the torso or hips  lead to a failed rep

-In the result of a tie, whoever did the bigger first set without resting will win
