This couple are always in the gym training in their own sessions or taking classes together! They always show up ready to work and have fun doing it! They may joke with each other, but it’s all in good fun and they push each other to be their best! Both being great examples of a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Moljo member!

  1. How long have you been a member of Team Moljo?
    • Vito – Almost 2 years now
    • Jess – About 2 1/2 years
  2. What is your “why” for consistently attending training?
    • Vito – The work helps me manage some weaknesses that remain from a neurological condition a few years back
    • Jess – My why in the gym is pretty simple. I’m there to set goals and actually follow through on them. Getting stronger isn’t just about lifting heavier – it’s about proving to myself that consistency works and effort adds up over time. I train to be healthier for the long run. Strong muscles, a strong body, and habits that support longevity. I want to move well, feel capable, and stay independent as I get older. Every workout is an investment in future me – more strength, more energy, and more years feeling good in my own body.
  3. What is your biggest accomplishment at Team Moljo?
    • Vito – It’s hard to focus on just one thing, but working at Team Moljo has gotten me in better shape than I have ever been. Not bad for a guy in his mid 50s!
    • Jess – Being in the best shape of my life.Being able to run a spartan race and complete the challenges.
  4. Share what you love about Team Moljo…
    • Vito – There is an element of fun throughout the work we do. I never dread coming to a session or class. Coach Luke always seems to be studying my weaknesses and adjusts my program to improve them.
    • Jess – I love the camaraderie, the support, and the honesty from the coaches – they push you, but they also genuinely care. It’s an environment where everyone wants to see each other succeed. Along the way, I’ve gained real friendships, not just workout partners, and that sense of community makes showing up and putting in the work even better. Working out with Vito is also something I truly enjoy. It makes training more fun and more meaningful – pushing each other, sharing goals, and celebrating progress together.
  5. What is your favorite song to workout to?
    • Vito – I lean to heavy metal and hard rock, but basically anything other than TLC’s “No Scrubs”
    • Jess – Probably “No Scrubs” by TLC just to annoy Vito. I also began to love our plank song after 30 STRONG.
